If you are planning to reduce your weight and you’re a fan of eggs, you can use (diet eggs) because it will help you to reduce your weight from 2 to 4 kg per week and by following the Eggs diet recipes which is a low-calorie recipes and at the same time contain variety of vitamins and minerals needed for your body, especially the eggs which is one of the nutrients sources for the body in general not only within dieting .

The first day:

Breakfast: one boiled egg + grapefruit juice  or tea without sugar (repeats this breakfast seven days a week, and you can add a small piece of free fat white cheese).

Third day:

Lunch: roast beef (chicken free of skin, or red meat free of fat) + Cucumber + grapefruit juice or tea without sugar.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + grapefruit juice or tea without sugar.

Fourth day:

Lunch: 2 boiled egg + white cheese- fat free.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + grapefruit juice or tea without sugar.

Fifth day:

Lunch: roast beef + Cucumber + a small tomato.

Dinner: green salad + fruit plots (as desired).

Sixth day:

Lunch: grilled fish + green salad + grapefruit juice or tea without sugar.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + grapefruit juice or tea without sugar.

Seventh day:

Lunch: Grilled chicken free of the skin + Carrot juice .

Dinner: grilled chicken + grapefruit juice or tea without sugar.
