New research confirmed that eating avocados linked to lower body weight and lower body mass index and waist circumference .
In a new study published in the Journal of Nutrition- with the support of a producer of avocados in the United States- said that among more than 17 thousand participants in the study , A group did not exceed 347 people have confirmed their eating avocado per day and upon their eating for avocados it was noticed they have better nutrition than other group who did not contain avocado on a daily basis so that the results were as follows:
– Lower weight , glycemic index and waist circumference.
– Lower the daily consumption of sugar.
– A rise in the level of good cholesterol HDL .
– Eat more fiber by 36% .
– Vitamin E intake by more than 23%.
– Eat more potassium by 16%.
– Eat more Vitamin k by 48%
It is worth mentioning that the amount of avocados which had been consumed by this group is almost half the pill every day , and comment on these results, we say that we must rely on sources of healthy fats like avocado and olive oil as a source of energy with high nutritional value make us less demand on foods rich in sugars and saturated fats, which only contribute to an increase in our weight and the deterioration of our health !
