Some people doing Bad habits which they can not  get rid of it, it affect the physical activity related to the muscles building and the weight loss, many of us doing these bad habits in our daily lives that , it might be known how dangerous it is, and it might be known but we neglect its effects .

These habits that may lead to the destruction of the body and health, which may in some cases damage the brain cells , Following are some of these habits and its effects on health and body :

First: Avoid breakfast meal !

It was noted that people who do not eat breakfast in the morning are going to have lower blood sugar level , this leads to the lack of access of adequate food to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Second: Excessive intake of food .

Too much sugar will interrupt the brain absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition of the brain and may interfere negatively in the brain growth .

Third: Smoking ..

Smoking causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer’s disease.

Fourth : air pollution.

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our bodies , inhaling polluted air decreases the oxygen consumed by the brain, which reduces the efficiency of the brain.

Fifth: Insomnia.

Sleeping allows our brain to rest frequent insomnia increase the speed of death .

Sixth: Head Covering head while sleeping.

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen , which leads to a negative effects on the brain.

Seventh: Spending efforts during illness.

Working hard or studying while sickness may reduce the effectiveness of the brain as it leads to a negative impact on the brain.

Eighth: The lack of stimulating the brain to think

Thinking is the best way to train the brain , lack of brain stimulation thoughts may cause shrinkage or damage to brain cells .

Ninth: Scarcity talk with others .

Intellectual dialogue with others helps to upgrade the effectiveness of the brain and thus useful in the good memory , which helps you avoid serious diseases .
