In this article, we explain the eggs diet , which relies on hard-boiled eggs in a weight loss, which lasts for five days monthly , and consists of the following:

Breakfast:

First day: a piece of toast, oatmeal and a piece of tomato.

Second day: Boiled eggs with a glass of grapefruit juice .

Third day : like the second day. .

Fourth day: a piece of toast, oatmeal with boiled egg.

Fifth day: like the fourth day.

Lunch:

First day: a moderate amount of fresh fruit.

Second day: chicken breast, grilled or poached with TWO of tomatoes.

Third day: Two of hard-boiled eggs with a little celery.

Fourth day: such as the first day.

Fifth day: like the third day, with the replacement of tomatoes with celery.

Dinner :

First day: two of hard-boiled eggs.

Second day: a piece of  grilled meat steak  with a moderate amount of tomatoes and lettuce.

Third day: such as the second day with  the replacement of tomato with sour juice .

Fourth day: such as the second day with the replacement of the  lettuce with Celery.

Fifth day: Piece of grilled fish with a little bit of lettuce.
