2- If we calculate this small amount of calories we will find that 206 daily calories amount to a pound of fat in about 17 days.

3- Also, drinking a lot of water daily cause a reduction in sugar intake by between 6 and 18 grams. In addition to a reduction in sodium by between 78 and 235 milligrams and cholesterol by between 7 and 21 grams.

Study 2: drinking water increases the resting energy expenditure which means a number of calories you burn.

In adults, the studies showed that the resting energy expenditure increases by 24-30% within 10 minutes of drinking water.

Study 3: As for children, a study showed that after drinking cold water the child’s body faces 25% increase in resting energy expenditure.
